Matthew McConaughey urged Congress to take action on gun control in the wake of the deadly mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in his hometown of Uvalde, Texas. “These regulations are not a step back. They are a step forward for civil society and the Second Amendment," the actor said in a powerful speech Tuesday at the White House, adding that "this should not be a partisan issue."
