-Colton Haynes came to "The Tamron Hall" show to speak about his new memoir.
-Haynes says he was open about his sexuality and went to a school dance with a boy when he was 14,but says he was told change himself to fit in with Hollywood.
-Haynes said he went to movement and speech classes to become more marketable.
_Haynes says being open about who he was helped him become more happy and when he went to a convention in the south, a young queer kid told him his story helped him come out.
