During an interview to the Mexican actress and her daughter, Valentina Paloma, for vogue, the actress revealed she uses palo santo to cleanse any bad energies that she comes into contact, always carrying a bundle of it everywhere, also using it to soothe babies when they’re crying. Her daughter on the other hand, always carries candles with her.
Palo santo is a wood native to Mexico, Central America and Peru, traditionally used to energize and heal and clear out bad energies.
