She’s still around. Where Rebecca lives is on the east coast - Kevin lives with her. Randel presumably is still in Philly or Washington or somewhere. Kate was still in LA so probably making her way there.

Or who knows. Maybe she died and that’s the big finale shocker.

All the flash forwards confused me - wasn’t there a sad Toby one at one point around this time period? Who knows maybe it’s just a ruse and she’s off doing miraculous things like this snow pretends she does

there was a flash forward during, i believe, kate and toby’s divorce episode where they were both with adult jack, which would be years after rebecca’s death since they’re still kids here.
