It's sweet that Alanis and Avril have actually been fostering a good relationship with Olivia and become these mentor figures for her, especially since the whole Taylor and Paramore debacles probably disillusioned Olivia a bit.

Oh man, I completely forgot about the Courtney thing. That one was especially stupid. Like, at least with Paramore the chord progression of Good 4 U is actually similar to Misery Business (imo not enough to count as interpolation but whatever) and I can hear the similarities between Deja Vu and Cruel Summer as well (once again, not enough to warrant credit), but the Sour Prom promo vs Live Through This cover was such a reach. Both are clearly inspired by Carrie so Courtney throwing a fit over Olivia was pathetic.
