-In a shocking move...CW has clipped Batwomans wings and the series will not be returning for a 4th season.
-This is the first show the network has cancelled in the last decade that made it to 2 seasons that didn't make it to a 4th season.
-Ruby Rose originated the role in S1 after quitting/being fired during the shows hiatus
-Was the first CW show that was not part of the Netflix deal and went to HBO Max instead which could've played a role in its cancellation as CW series usually find a bigger audience on Netflix (Riverdale, All American) and entices the network to renew a show (Crazy Ex Girlfriend was contracted with Netflix for more episodes than the cast/crew were aware of)
-Down 20% in ratings compared to its 2nd season and ranked #13 in CW Live +7 viewership gains
-CW currently has ANOTHER Gotham show titled Gotham Knights in development that likely will take the shows place and likely contributed to the shows cancellation as well.
