she's right and she should say it. particularly considering she's so young and both she and ariana had/have a lot less clout in the industry than ans*l.

tl;dr and not to make it all about me but i recently served as the #2 in a political organization where the president faced some accusations after we had already been elected. some of the most toxic people in the organization would always call ME out for not "doing more" specifically BECAUSE i speak openly about being a survivor (and that makes me a hypocrite). myself and the other board members had many, many, many conversations with him but he was always steadfast in his denial. we did everything we were able to do within the confines of our governing documents to hold him accountable, but he's stubborn af and he was able to serve the rest of his term. these people would never contact/call out HIM about any of this stuff, only me! i almost resigned multiple times because it was so triggering.

anyway this is why i don't support men being given any power, notoriety, or anything really tbh. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
