Tina Knowles-Lawson and Michelle Williams Star as Mother Daughter in New Lifetime Movie

The true child of Destiny, Michelle Williams and Beyoncé's mom, Tina Knowles-Lawson, star as mother and daughter duo Chastity and Sarah, respectively, in Wrath: A Seven Deadly Sins Story.

The film follows Chastity (Williams) as she meets Xavier (Antonio Cupo) who, according to the movie's synopsis, "seems to be everything she is looking for in a partner - handsome, smart and a lawyer, as well."

"Am I nuts but is he a great catch?" Chastity asks, right before her honeymoon stage with Xavier quickly turns into a complete nightmare. Things take a horrific turn when Xavier's "affection turns to obsession," his jealousy and anger then leads to suspicious actions and dangerous threats.

Chastity then confides in her mother Sarah (Knowles-Lawson) and to her former childhood boyfriend Roger (Romeo Miller) for help. "But in the end, it is Chastity that will have to fight to save herself," the film's logline says.

From executive producers T.D. Jakes, Derrick Williams and Shaun Robinson. The film is from the Seven Deadly Sins Anthology movie installments and stars Michelle Williams, Tina Knowles-Lawson, Romeo Miller and Antonio Cupo. It premieres April 16th at 8/7c on Lifetime.
