Amy Schumer reveals that she got ‘death threats’ after her Kirsten Dunst seat filler joke at the Oscars.

  • In a interview with Howard Stern, Amy Schumer revealed that she reached out before hand to a lot of the people that she made jokes about during this year's Oscars ceremony to know if they were OK with it, including the Williams sisters, Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend, etc.
  • Schumer goes on to reveal that she got death threats over a planned bit she did with Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons during the ceremony: “They were so bad the Secret Service reached out to me about that bit. I was like, ‘I think you have the wrong number. It’s Amy, not Will.’ The misogyny is unbelievable.”
