While I was out walking the puppy this morning, I stopped to let him greet a construction worker who climbed off a roof to greet him.

When I stepped back to cross the road, I rolled my ankle on uneven ground and sprained it.

I cried in public.

I would rather do that again than look at these fannies.

I have no idea!!! It had been almost a year since my last. It was the other foot but so severe it took me 6mo before I had proper use of my foot again. This time it was mild and on the L foot....but it just ugh! Never stops
