Waited for the pictures to load if 'Zeke' is a male or female name because you just can't know with Americans, and GLAAD is way too supportive of straight people.

It's short for Ezekiel.

He was on Survivor and if I remember correctly, he was outed as trans by another contestant some years ago. It was really shitty so I'm glad to see him thriving!

i know in season 1 somebody talked about being gay at tribal council and they took it out at their request
