The way oat milk blew my fucking world. I've always been kind of eh about plant based milk but oat milk, damn. I will pay extra for it every time but I hope for a world where I don't have to

I used to be an almond milk person but now since oat milk blew me away I don’t touch the stuff. It’s so much better than the other alternatives

Oatly is so damn good it’s not right. Even their yogurt is superior to any dairy based yogurt. I gag when I try to get regular yogurt but oatly yogurt I can eat just fine.

Oatly changed the game! Their chocolate milk is amazing, too. I use it to make cold brew mochas and they’re just as good as the bottled and carton versions they sell at the bougie grocery stores. I won’t buy any other brand at this point because all of the other oat milks are too thin or have a strange aftertaste (which was my problem with most nut milks). My only problem is that I can’t finish a big carton of the regular version on my own since I got used to not drinking cow milk - my body can handle most cheese and milk byproducts, but straight milk destroys me within hours

Is it better than almost milk? I have a sensitive stomach and I'm barely sure what oat milk is

I like it a lot more than almond milk. It's essentially blended and strained oats which sounds really unappealing but it has a very mild oat flavour. My mom is lactose intolerant and has a sensitive stomach and she's never had a problem with oat milk but each person is different. I recommend giving it a try and see if you like it

I’d buy a small carton and try it out if you can handle grains in your diet. Not all oat milks are good, though, so it may take a few tries to see which one sits well with you AND tastes good.

FWIW, I love Oatly and hate the Costco oat milk. And I’ve heard great things about ripple’s pea milk, in case oat doesn’t work out.

Take a cup of oats (rolled, not quick or steel cut) and 2 cups water. Blend for ~30 seconds. Strain through a t-shirt. It's annoying to have to squeeze it through and you end up with a soggy handful of oats, but stick that shit in some pancakes and go and Oatly costs $ fucking 5 for a half gallon and you can get way more for less if you make it yourself.

Oat Milk has truly changed the whole game. By far the best plant milk.
