He totally got away with it the first time so you know that's why he repeated the exact same scenario

right - even if we give benefit of the doubt to him and say the 1st time was an accident, it gave him the blueprint for the 2nd. i just don't see any way he is innocent. it's way too much of a cowinkydink.
