SNL announces their April hosts!

• SNL is currently on a short break to end out the month, but will return on April 2nd with new shows.
• Actor and comedian Jerrod Carmichael will host the show for the first time on April 2 with first time musical guest Gunna.
• Jake Gyllenhaal will host the show for the second time on April 9 with musical guest Camila Cabello. Gyllenhaal first hosted the show in January 2007, though he has made several cameos since then. His most recent cameo was in the February 2020 John Mulaney episode. Cabello performed on the show back on the October 2019 David Harbour episode.
• Lizzo is pulling double duty on the April 16 episode. She previously performed on the show during the December 2019 Eddie Murphy episode, and was in a pre-taped sketch that was cut.
