- Complaint states that she owes $40,844.56 in rent, which has not been paid since September 2020
- Suit also states that Calloway is illegally subletting to notorious NY personality Rachel Rabbit White and her husband, Nico Walker, author of the semi-fictional novel Cherry, which was then turned into a movie starring Tom Holland
- This is the second time she has publicly had legal obligations due to non-payment of rent, the first came as a lien in 2019 following her viral Creativity Workshops
- Her last days in the apartment were previously profiled by Brock Colyar for NYMag's Curbed, categorized by 9 days worth of straight partying for her going-away (linked below the cut)

- Calloway has claimed to be moving to Florida to work on the memoir she sold preorders for back in early 2020.
