At his sentencing today, Jussie Smollett was sentenced to serve 150 days in jail, in conjunction with a 30-month felony probation. The judge also ordered Smollett to pay $120,000

At best I think he was involved in the plan but there was a breakdown at some point resulting in sabotage??

Idk it’s a been a while since I’ve looked into it but who knows the whole story was a trip.
