You’d still be hungry after a 4 course menu? The plate on picture looks full and vegetables/mushrooms can be very filling. Sounds like the silliness anti-vegan people say, to make it seem like plant based meals are weak or something.

I would need quadruple that to feel full plus everyone has different caloric needs.

I would totally like to try vegan food but $$$

I’m vegan, and my immediate thought was-this isn’t a well-balanced meal. Like, where’s the protein? Sure, you’re getting a bit from the quinoa but where are the chickpeas, lentils, beans, etc.? Seems like a poor showing for a plant-based meal, and I’m tired of people assuming “plant-based” means “plate full of vegetables that will leave you hungry in an hour.”
