season three of this show was the epitome of a show prioritizing aesthetics over logic/plot.

having Will/Hannibal not kiss was as cowardly as not having the nip/tuck guys ever kiss

I'd say that the season 2 finale was where the show peaked (Mizumono is a masterpiece) but I can't really hate on season 3 because the show finally took the subtext and made it into text in Will flat out asking if Hannibal was in love with him.

lol, nip/tuck was batshit. and ryan murphy clearly shipped the two main guys. remember that absolutely necessary storyline when christian kept having dreams about being in love with sean? lol.

I couldn't finish season 3 for that season, sure it was pretty but it dragged like hell.

I get what he's saying though, in the context of the plot. I think if they did kiss, it would have to be clear that Will was just using it to get close enough to Hannibal to betray him/take out his anguish of being pushed to the brink on him.
