after everyone went wtf over the oscars not requiring vaccinations they tweaked the rules and it is even more confusing now
all nominees and guests need to show proof of vaccination
but "Performers and presenters" do not
and for masks? people sitting in the parterre don't need to wear one but people sitting in the mezzanine do
