I recently binged the show and watched the first movie and the best moment of all of it was when Edith finally called Mary a bitch to her face with her whole chest. Took way too fucking long. I was glad Tom called her a bully too.

But anyway, great gowns. Beautiful gowns.

Honestly Mary deserved it but the Mary stan in me is also kind of pressed Edith ended up outranking her lol

Edith was definitely wrong for outing Mary about the Turkish guy who died mid thrust BUT Edith took endless crap from everybody for the entire series. She was never good enough. Her come up was so deserved and I’m glad Mary’s marriage seems to be failing because I’m petty like that lol.

Yeah I have no idea why Edith did that. It would've ruined the family and no one would've wanted to marry Edith either.

I don't like Edith tbh. She happily uses other people, she's constantly whiny and acting as if she's got it worse than everyone when at the end of the day, she's still insanely privileged, and she never takes responsibility for all the awful things she does. Mary at least admitted to not being a great person and also felt bad sometimes when she messed up. Edith imo did a lot more damage than Mary but never ever bothered reflecting on that, god forbid apologize for anything.
