Continuing to be bratty attention-seeking joke, he annouced that one person who will not on DONDA 2 is Kid Cudi.

Although an obvious reference to Billie Eilish is being made, people have concluded that it's really a dig at his friendship with Pete Davidson as Kim and Michael Che were tagged in the post.
