Damned lie. Although I think in the Heidi Fleiss case, they showed the amounts would be paid to Heidi upfront, and tips were extra to the girls, so they didn't have to ask for it up front and make a client uncomfortable. But I agree with you, this whole thing is a damn lie cause no agency is going to let ANY client not pay for it. Ever. Let alone those who work independent.
