I think part of the reason this & the age gap with Rachel Bilson were surprising (as in, not as far apart in age as you'd think) is partly because they, like most women in Hollywood, look remarkably well-preserved compared to most of the men, but also they got famous playing young characters and Bill Hader's always been famous as a fully grown man lol
