Derek Blasberg, Professional Famous Friend/Hanger-On, and head of something called Youtube Fashion (huh?) recently welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, with his husband Nick Brown. Being a working dad must have gotten hard, so he decided to hire a famous Swedish nanny - one Alexander Skarsgård.
