We see a flashback of Yelena in a black widow's house trying to save her by giving her the antidote. While there, she gets snapped and re-appears 5 years later. She talks about finding her sister to the same black widow she tried to rescue.
In the present, Kate comes back home and tells her mom that Clint is done with her. She also till Eleanor about the shell company under Jack's name. Later Eleanor has Jack arrested.
When she goes to her burnt apartment, she finds Yelena there, who tells her that she has been hired to kill Clint, and also tells Kate that Clint was responsible for Natasha's death. She warns Kate not to get in her way again, while Kate advises Yelena to look into the person who hired her to kill Clint.
Meanwhile, Clint meets Maya at the place where her father was killed. After taking down her men and her, he tells Maya he was there the night her father died because he was tipped off by an informant who works for Maya’s boss who wanted her father dead. Maya refuses to believe him and is about to take him down when Kate comes to Clint's rescue.
Back at Grills house, Kate gets message from Yelena who tells her that Eleanor hired her to kill Clint and sends her a photo of Eleanor with a man who Clint identifies as Kingpin (with Vincent D'Onofrio reprising his role from the Marvel/Netflix Daredevil series).
