I literally came to say…. Do rich people think they can rehab their rape accusations now? Every man is accused of rape and just goes to rehab??

Anyway in an anodecdical story, I’m a grad student and in the university I am a professor in my department (polisci) was widely known as a sexual predator. One day at a department party though he went a little too far in front of too many people which made it hard to wipe it under the rug and so we tried to get him fired and the answer was: he’s going to rehab for his alcoholism and that’s enough, he just drinks a little too much and gets handsy :)

I don't think that's just rich people, sadly. An anarchist group in my city is having a sexual abuse scandal right now and their response is basically "we sent the guy to therapy, what else do you want?".

Basically men don't want to face consequences for their actions and they'll try any way to weasel out of them.
