My niece is so into Harry Potter right now and my sister and I are going nuts only buying used stuff just so no more money goes to JK. it’s so hard because we want to encourage an 11 year old to read but also like damn why was it this series that you got obsessed with.

I think a lot of ONTDers enjoyed Harry Potter and regardless of JKR there's no denying the joy that the book series and films brought to people.

I never got into reading the books but I did see all the films and enjoyed the countless marathons on ABC Family 😆

Sadly my obsession was Twilight but that ended quickly

get thyselves to etsy babe! plenty of different types of harry potter-related things including apparel, jewelry, and fan art etc etc you can buy from shops that don't benefit her at all
