Awkward talk between Kate's mom, Clint and Kate.
Kate and Clint do a holiday movie marathon and he tells her the time he met Natasha and Kate finally realizes Clint is the Ronin.
We get back to the watch from the first episode, and Clint find it's location. Kate, despite Clint's disapproval, goes inside an apartment to get it back, while Clint keeps watch across the street.
The apartment turns out to be Maya's, and while she surprises Kate and a fight breaks, Clint is fighting someone else at the rooftop.
Great fight scene above the rooftop of the mask assailant, Kate, Clint and Maya.
The masked assailant throws Kate off the rooftop, but not before securing her with a harness so she doesn't die. Having flashbacks of Natasha dying, Clint tells Kate to leave, but she refuses and joins the fight again.
Kate shoots Maya with an arrow causing her to retreat. Meanwhile clint unmasks the assailant who turns out to be *GASP* Yelena Belova!
Realizing that there is more at play here with someone having sent a Black Widow to assassinate him, Clint tells Kate that their partnership is over.
