In "Apt!" news, after casting Nicholas Holt as the titular Renfield, Nicolas Cage ("The Sorcerer's Apprentice") will play Dracula (and I almost put Dragula. Which would be interesting), the object of Renfield's admiration.
This is still not the same as Karyn Kusama's Dracula movie OR the Epic Universe Monsters movies.
