-BTVS/Tru Calling/Dollhouse star Eliza Dushku has testified before Congress to end forced arbitration clauses in contracts.

-She details the sexual harassment she encountered while on CBS show 'Bull' from Michael Weatherly and how the clause never came up in negotiations.

-The forced arbitration clause means that CBS/Michael Weatherly are protected from the public ever learning about the case beyond what the star has revealed along with the video evidence being locked away.

-Eliza stopped acting after the incident in 2017 after a 30 year career and refuses to return to Hollywood if it means signing her rights away.

-While Eliza had to endure sexual harassment, being silenced and her career threatened, Michael Weatherly/CBS got to continue on as if nothing happened and the show is currently in its 6th season.

-The House Judiciary Committee voted in favor of abolishing the forced arbitration clause and it is now set to go before The House of Representatives.
