This is what I was thinking; If his family isn't doing this, who is? (Apparently a law office or his son?) I hope someone can stop them, this is horrendous. Imagine only being able to meet your already mistreated father on a park bench.

It varies from state to state, but judges can assign third party conservators who aren't family members or have any relationship with the family if they deem it necessary. And as we all know, a lot of judges are shit

According to this, his son took over the estate because Peter had declined painting and his son hired artists to continue production 😬.

But this was after his wife appointed a court guardian, so it's a lot of Spider-mans pointing.

Right? Don’t dementia and Alzheimer’s patients deteriorate much faster without social and other stimuli? By isolating him they’re actively causing him harm by worsening his condition.

Bc theyre abt everyone but the conservatee. Its the kind of disability infrastructure that focuses on making sure we're not a "burden" to everyone else/can be profited off of without having to be "dealt with".
