You might remember
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend threw a Squid Game party a week ago. They invited their friends and cosplayed poor people so desperate to compete in games that literally had them killed if they didn’t win. The party included guards as waiters, a piggy bank full of money, and the prize was a vacation to Napa. Lots of people and articles called her out for completely missing the point,
including BuzzFeed. Now Chrissy is angry as hell and dragging BuzzFeed on Twitter and her insta stories over 5-year old news, insisting she hasn’t missed the point of Squid Game and implying the BuzzFeed article couldn’t possibly be correct because BuzzFeed was a shitty employer 5 years ago (idk how they’re treating their employees nowadays) and because BuzzFeed has multiple articles and quizzes about Squid Game. Ok sis. That’s indeed totally the same.

SQUID GAME season 2 idea: Small businesses on the verge of bankruptcy desperately compete for “fun and viral synergy content” partnerships with $1.7 billion media company.
