I like HE but if I had to chose I would pick B in Apt 23 tbh. HE was suuuuper cringy in some episodes because it tried so hard while Apt 23 was just effortlessly hilarious through and through.

I really think that Don't Trust the B really suffered because of its title but it is one of the funniest shows I've ever watched and was cut down in its prime. Justice for the B!
