It's interesting reading what the original movie script was like vs what it became. If I remember rightly the script was much more sympathetic to Glenn Close's character as Michael Douglas' was a piece of shit cheater who treated her badly but of course it got The Hollywood exec treatment to turn her into a 'crazy mistress' and that him and his wife lived happily ever after at the end and the crazy lady is dead.

So I think this would be very interesting to view from the angle that the screenwriter originally intended.

It sound interesting and I think they can do a lot with a modern twist on the story. Plus I like Lizzie Caplan!
