Not exactly sure what it's about still, but I'll watch it because I'm a sucker for dark comedies (idk if this is a comedy but I feel like I'm going to laugh)

Do you guys have any recommendations for funny movies. I tend to like English humor to American humor because I find it witty and more sarcastic. Jim Carrey or Will Farrell movies are not funny to me, but I will be in stitches while watching English shows or movies. I remember laughing at Death at a Funeral and the last dark horror comedy I watched was Ready or Not. It's so hard for me to find movies like those though.

Have you seen the New Zealand film Housebound? That could be right up your alley :)

I have not but sounds like it's perfect for me. Someone else also recommended it too so I'm hoping for good things :) Thanks!

You might like some of Ben Wheatley's stuff -- Sightseers is very darkly funny, and I enjoyed High-Rise which is more of a social commentary I guess.

Seconding Happy Death Day. Recently watched Anna and the Apocalypse and would also really recommend that as a dark comedy (although it gets less comedic as it goes on), it’s a Christmas zombie musical.

Recently I enjoyed Werewolves Within and The Wolf of Snow Hollow, but I was kinda high for both. The Final Girls was really great. As far as regular dark comedies go, the queen is Drop Dead Gorgeous in my opinion.

Oooo love Game Night and Shaun of the Dead. I'll check the others out.

Also I thought you were saying, "A film with me in it, Shaun of the Dead." and I was about to be like "YOU WERE IN SHAUN OF THE DEAD?!"
