Spoke to a source regarding the WWE roster cuts.

It’s believed that possibly 4 individuals were released due to not being vaccinated. https://t.co/WMU8YwkGV2

For those of you who don't know wrestling beyond The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin and Hulk Hogan, a huge surprise was the release of Nia Jax (who happens to be related to The Rock). Sources are saying that her release is due to her not getting vaccinated. Rumors are saying that Eva Marie, Karrion Kross, and Scarlett are also not vacccinated again COVID-19. Imagine fumbling a WWE paycheck becuse you don't want to get a vaccine. Couldn't be me.

And Speaking of releasing a bunch of talent, indie promotion Ring of Honor is realeasing their whole roster at the end of the year. They said they're restructuring the company. Something to note, however is that they kept everyone fully contracted and paid even though they had no live events during the fiirst 18 months of the pandemic.

On the Same day of his book release, Mox. (That I hear is an incredible read). Jon Moxley (formerly known as Dean Ambrose in the WWE) enters an inpatient alcohol treatment program. He and his wife, Renee Paquette (Renee Young in the WWE) welcomed a baby girl recently and just announced that they've moved to Ohio (Jon's hometown) from Las Vegas.

Jon Moxley has allowed me to share with you that he is entering an inpatient alcohol treatment program.  Jon is a beloved member of the AEW family. We all stand with him and Renee, and all of his family and friends, as he shifts his focus to recovery.

In Chris Jericho is a fucking asshole news. Samuray Del Sol (fka Kalisto) wrestled for the first time in AEW for the AAA (Mexican promotion) tag championship belts. Del Sol tweeted that he prayed and spoke to Jon Huber (Brodie Lee) but misspelled his name. Jon passed away suddently last year and has basically been canonized in AEW so it's not a surprise someone would pay respects  to the man but apparently Chris Jericho is the Brodie Lee gatekeeper.

You spelled his name wrong. https://t.co/5xMymtqfzd

Is there backstage beef between Jericho and Del Sol? Maybe. Has Jericho corrected other people who misspell Jon Huber's name? Not that I recall (Twitter has pointed out that Miro has misspelled Brodie's name multiple times). But it's NOT difficult to think that Jericho's gatekeeping is some sort of microagression. After all, Chris Jericho has invited Donald Trump Jr on his podcast:

And married this person:

So, you know, not a giant leap to make.
