I can't believe this terrible book is being made into a movie. The main characters are so fucking insufferable and they clearly want to bang the whole time so there's no real stakes.

I want rom coms back but not like this.

I thought I was the only person who hated this book, I was so disappointed reading it after all the hype

Yeah it is definitely a minority opinion. Everyone else adores it and I do not get why.

I didn't like it either. The relationship wasn't anything I'd want and the characters were meh. I like a romcom as much as the next person but I thought the relationship between the main characters was mainly toxic. I'm tired of toxic relationships being fed to women as desirable. No thanks.

I hated the girl in this book. I remember a part when she snuck on his computer and hacked his password etc. I was like she should have been fired for that and why would someone do that in the first place?!

I hate this book and the fact it became popular and made this film happen.

lol the main reason I was never able to finish this book was because I could NOT stand the male lead. Shame because I liked the premise, tbh.

Depending on how far you got, the reason for him being a dick with his 'man pain' is so lame too.

The last scene I remember reading is when he's taking care of her when she's sick (and ends up calling his doctor brother to check her out), and I think there's something about him not living up to his potential or w/e. Does it have to do with that?
