Translation: Marvel saw the reaction to The Batman trailer on Saturday and decided they needed to move Dr. Strange immediately. DS was set to open only 2 weeks after The Batman but he's going to be eating up the box office for the whole month of March.
Hence, the moving of DS to where Thor was scheduled, and Thor moving, etc., it's like the domino effect.
WB has known The Batman was going to be a hit since they saw the first footage. That's why they signed Matt Reeves up to a deal giving him free reign at HBO Max, and signed Pattinson up to a massive first look deal, so whatever he wants to do in the future, he does it at WB.
Now Disney knows as well.

and doctor strange going from saying he'd happily let peter die for the greater good then altering the fabric of reality bc he's getting bullied or w/e is just... going to take a lot to explain away.
