Remaining true to the hypocrite that she it, the little sister of Britney Spears is releasing a book and also honoring Mental Health Day.

Jamie Lynn Spears took to Instagram to release the cover of her new memoir Things I Should Have Said hitting the bargain bin of bookstores January 18th 2021.

Supposedly the book has been in the "works" for years and after the incident involving her daughter in 2017 she felt compelled to write this book.

"This process challenged me to have to be painfully honest with myself, and face a lot of hard things, that I normally would have just glossed right over, like I was taught to." - which I'm pretty sure she's referring to staying completely silent as her sister was stuck in a 13 year conservatorship with no freedom while her entire family profited off her.

Anyways she also writes in her post, "I know I still have ALOT of learning to do, but I feel like finishing this book gave me closure on this “30 year long” chapter of my life, and hopefully helps anyone else out there who forgot their worth, lost their voice, or is trying to break an unhealthy cycle in their life."

The former Zoey 101 star also had the audacity to cross promote her book to honor Mental Health Day just 24 hours before making her big announcement.

And being the saint that she is a portion of the proceeds will go to mental health organization and nonprofit This Is My Brave which focuses on helping others to share their experiences with mental health openly.
