Cardi B has a Facebook series called "Cardi Tries." In the latest episode, she helped marry a couple named Shannon and Brandi.
Raven-Symoné was there as a ring-bearer and the 2 also helped plan the wedding.
Cardi took to twitter to confirm that she's licenced to marry people and say that she was starstruck by Raven.
