If you're open to online readings, I would look at astrologers who are on the Astrology Podcast. The guy who runs it, Chris Brennan, isn't taking consults but he has a list on his site of people he recommends: chrisbrennanastrologer.com/astrological-consultations/

I had a reading with Pat Watson last year and it was really great.
