A team of about 40 independent investigators known as The Case Breakers claims that they have deciphered the identity of the Zodiac Killer: a man named Gary Francis Poste, who died in 2018. Of course, he is no longer around to defend his name from the allegations.
The killer has fascinated people for decades. The story of Zodiac and his five victims have been adapted into numerous documentaries, podcasts, and the David Fincher film Zodiac.
