Yeah I'm confused, didn't Zendaya skipped the Met Gala because she was filming Euphoria? And Just Like That is till filming I think, maybe they're doing a split seasons like Gossip Girl.
Peacemaker has already been confirmed to not air until January 2022 I believe, so I don’t think that this is just their fall lineup, it must be going into next year as well.
Although didn’t Euphoria start filming their second season back in April? It must take them a hell of a long time to film and edit that show if it’s probably not going to be out until next year, I can’t see it lasting more than a couple more seasons in that case considering that it stars a cast who are meant to be portraying high school students. Even without the Covid setbacks they would still have been facing a two year gap between seasons considering that the first season aired back in mid 2019, and I don’t think the original plan was to start filming for the second until well into the following year even before they had to delay it by another year because of the lockdowns
They basically started filming Season 2 originally right when the COVID shutdown hit, because production had been delayed due to Levinson deciding he wanted more time to fine-tune some of the scripts.
The actors' ages may indeed be a factor, but of course the show can always do time jumps to account for that in future seasons if it wants to.
