idk if buffy ever moved in the uk, it was always sky one but then i remember watching older eps on bbc2 after the simpsons, maybe?? that was a wild a time and totally inappropriate considering my age

I only had the basic channels when I was young and I lived for Buffy on BBC2. I would get so frustrated when it got pre-empted for other stuff.

Yeah in retrospect it seemed to be on pretty early on BBC2 considering the nature of the show. I remember the new eps were on Sky One for sure because I used to tape it and give the tapes to my english teacher as she didn't have Sky lol.

It would air first on Sky and then it'd hit the BBC - once in a tea time slot where it was heavily edited, then there'd be a later night uncut re-run

Yeah, I remember this! The Simpsons was on BBC2 at 6pm and Buffy would follow it. I was definitely too young to be watching/it should not have been on at that time.
