due to work stress, I started to watch pokemon in the background lately, just catching up with the old seasons that I don't remember or didn't watch. such a comfort show for me

The first couple of seasons are pretty entertaining, even with nostalgia.

I love the early seasons (1-5) and now currently watching 8. I used to watch it on tv but then we had an incident where I am from so the banned Pokemon. And I was also very sad about the new pokemons because very young bitter me thought they were ugly lol so I stopped at one point.

I already watched season 20-23 so I am trying to fill the gaps and even tho some pokemons still look weird I am more open to them now then before lol

well it was the most popular pokemon became during the early days and my age group then(I am 30 now) was obsessed with it. so a kid thought he was pikachu and jumped from the balcony hoping that he would be act like pikachu I guess. so after that accident, they stopped pokemon here for affecting children or something like that. it was bizarre all overall ngl
