Cuoco and her estranged husband, Cook had signed a prenuptial agreement prior to tying the knot in 2018.
The pair's forthcoming divorce proceedings would largely be affected by the prenup.
The earnings that she made over the course of her marriage to Cook would not be touched in the divorce.
The performer's 'assets are protected.'
The finer points of the prenuptial agreement are being withheld from the public.

Cuoco was in a long-term relationship with her first husband, Ryan Sweeting.
The former pair initially tied the knot in 2013 and formally dissolved their marriage in 2016.
The actress was ordered to pay the athlete $165,000 following their divorce, as well as nearly $200,000 for his personal trainers and just over $50,000 for his lawyer's fees.
