It is a classic narcissist move. They always find ways to keep their hooks in you so you have to interact with them, or be constantly reminded of them. Either it’s to find ways to lure you back in, until they tire of you again; or to poke at your buttons just enough to make you lash out in some way, so they can use that to further whatever narrative they have about you/your relationship.

At least in the press, she was definitely called crazy for YEARS. Crazy for kissing her brother on camera, crazy for getting with Billy Bob, crazy for her tattoos, crazy for adopting/having so many kids. The list goes on.
