From neighbors to mother/daughter duo Marla Gibbs reunites with Jackée Harry
Click to view-Marla Gibbs has joined her former co-star Jackée Harry on Days of our Lives as her mother who turns up to apartment 227 unexpectedly.
-The two originally co-starred in the sitcom 227 that ran from 1985-1990.
-In an interview with TvInsider Marla revealed that the studio originally did not want Jackee as Sandra but caved to Marla's demands by giving Jackee an intial 7 episode contract before ultimately being bumping her to series regular.
