Is it just me or does Adrianna's face look a lot different? I didn't recognize her at first.

Khloe is currently wearing her face, so that might be it.

I think she looks like herself in the full body picture, but something is kinda off in the close up.

I think her lip makeup is different and overlined? And usually her make up highlights her eyes but seems like highlighting her lips makes her look different to me as well.

Way way back on the internet someone said she looked like a beautiful vampire - stunning but also looks like she is about to eat you so a little terrifying and I'll never forget it when I see pics of her lol.

Yeah. I've always considered her to be one of the most beautiful women in the world but something is off in that photo. I felt shocked looking at it.

yeah unfortunately I noticed it a few years ago. I thought she was really beautiful but Miami + modeling = body issues galore in most situations.

She looks like Sofia Vergara a little bit. I think it's just a bit of age, heavy makeup, and a little weight gain (nothing bad about any of these, of course).
