Today in "Heart Eyes, Motherfucker" news, exactly what it says. After quite a lot of pleading on Twitter from fans, there is a film focusing on Black Canary going to HBO Max (perhaps).
Misha Green is reuniting with her Lovecraft Country co-star Jurnee Smollett for a DC movie project featuring heroine Black Canary, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Smollett will reprise her role as Dinah Lance aka Black Canary.
I know it's DC and we can't be sure it's actually going to be made because....it's DC and WB, but let me be happy.
